*Is this marking (A5 or AS) correct for part TPD1E04U04DPYR ? 

I didn't find from Datasheet or Parts marking look up.

Packaging Part Marking Lookup | Texas Instruments (ti.com)

I know sometimes part marking look up didn't detect marking not registered, yet.

Can you verify this is correct part or not?

    Hi Takashi, 

    This is an issue that has been coming up recently. The assembly site the device was made at was mismarked which is why A5 is showing. It has been audited and corrected for new device builds. This does not effect how the device functions.
