Hi Amy,

I was able to download the materials content before requesting the TSCA 6(h) certificate - an official document issued in accordance with the US EPA requirements:

TSCA Section 6 Import/Export Requirements for Specific Chemicals | US EPA

Being an American company Texas Instruments' QA and Compliance departments would have such certificates, I am sure.

Example of Analog Devices TSCA statement:

Please could you approach them as a matter of urgency.
