TCAN1145EVM: Unable to power on and detect transceiver

Hi,


I am trying to power on TCAN1145EVM by supplying 5V banana jack to J8, 5V banana jack to J14 and shunted the J2 pins 3 & 4 to supply power using usb micro cable connected to the PC. I am using this site TCAN114x to view the transceiver and configure the transceiver. But the site says "Connected to USB2ANY, but unable to detect TCAN1145 hardware". Please help resolve this issue.
