TLIN1039-Q1: TLIN1039

Part Number: TLIN1039-Q1

Tool/software:

Hello,

I have a board with a TLIN1039 connected to a uC, RXD pulled up to VCC IO (3.3V), transciever is configured for Responder (220pF to ground on LIN). EN is pulled high by the uC.

I can RX messages on the bus no problem, but I have been unable to transmit correctly. I can see the TX pulses from uC UART TX to the 1039, they are fine, but the output from 1039 is a single, very fast pulse (around 50 us) and nothing else.

To further troubleshoot, I took the board off the bus and configured it in Commander mode (diode + 1K pullup on LIN), and I see the same thing. Replaced the IC, same on the new one. What am I missing?
