TSWDC155EVM: TSWDC155EVM Pattern generator card is not detected by HSDC-Pro-V6.0 GUI software

TSWDC155EVM Pattern generator card is not detected by HSDC-Pro-V6.0 GUI software

 

I have installed the HSDC-Pro-V6.0 GUI in my Windows PC. When I connect the TSWDC155EVM Pattern generator card to PC using USB3.0 cable, a driver ‘Cyprus Benicia USB Boot Device’ is installed, as indicated in fig .1. However, when I run the HSDC-Pro-V6.0 GUI software, the TSWDC155EVM Pattern generator card is not listed/detected in the GUI. Screenshot of the GUI is attached in Fig. 2. Please help resolving this issue.

    Hi,

    The TSWDC155 is not supported by HSDCPro. On the download page is shows the capture cards that it is compatible with.

    • Compatible with TSW1400, TSW1405, TSW1406, TSW14J10, TSW14J50, TSW14J56 (obsolete), TSW14J57, TSW14J58 and TSW14J59 pattern-generation and data-capture platform
