Dear,

Pls help to advise of maximum reflow temperature TUSB2046IBVF.

My customer is setting peak of 260 degree. But 10% die.

    Hi:

      From spec, max reflow temperature is 260C.

    but duirng board assembly, the peak reflow temperature (Tp) has to be lower than the classification reflow temperature (Tp ). The reflow profile and peak temperature should be in line with the solder paste manufacturerer recommendation and all used component ratings on the customer application board.
