    Hi Ryusuke,

    This is the first time I've had a question about reflow count. Which device package specifically are you asking about? The SOIC or the VSSOP?

    I think I need to reach out to the packaging team to see if they can provide insight on this.

    Thank you for your conforming,

    VSSOP package SN65HVD74DGK.

    From the application note and E2E below, I understood that the JEDEK standard generally stipulates 3 times.
