Hi,

My customer needs to use SN65C3221 in a domain controller project. I downloaded the driver for him, but he needs a key to log in. Can you provide it? The customer's project is urgent, so I hope you can provide it.

    Hi Arabella,

    These kind of questions should be directed towards the Customer Support Center as the E2E forum is for technical device support. You can reach out at this link here. 

    Just from looking at your image however, it looks like only TI users/emails can be used. The customer will likely need to obtain access to the software from their own company.
