Is it OK to draw patterns or through holes on the bottom of the product for mounting THVD1552DGSR (VSSOP)?
(I imagine that the pattern is drawn from the terminal to the bottom of the IC, not from the terminal to the outside.)
Yes; the bottom of the chip is isolated. Only QFN packages (e.g., THVD1424) require the bottom to be soldered down.

I agree with Clemens here. It is fine to have silk screen patterns or other items on the bottom of a PCB for the THVD1552DGSR as it is soldered to the top layer only and does not have a central pad.
