SN75DP159: Can DP159 support 7680x720 resolution?

Tool/software:

From the datasheet, I can see it could support 4k@60Hz.

My DP source is as below. Can I use DP159between source and sink? Not sure it could support such resolution. Thanks.

Hi Wendy,

A god way to estimate if this is possible to have a look at the pixel rate.

pixel rate = htot * vtot * refresh rate

4k 60Hz: 3840 * 2160 * 1.3 (to estimate additional line time) * 60 = 646.963 Mpixels/ sec

custom: 7900 * 754 * 60 = 357.396 Mpixels/ sec

This resolution should be ok to use.
