TUSB8041: TUSB8041IPAPRQ1 Schematics review // IC is so hot!

Part Number: TUSB8041

Tool/software:

Hi,

We are using TUSB8041IPAPRQ1 with two USB3.0 cameras as slaves. We are using PC or Jetson nano as master. Speed is between 30 and 100Mbit/s.

It looks that integrated circuit is so hot  - I am not able to keep finger on it.

Time to time, the USB fails. The frequency of fails /disconnections will decrease if we use a small heatsink.

What is the maximum allowed integrated circuit temperature?
I would like to try to disable two USB ports (we need only two ports). Will it help me to lower the temperature?

Could you check my schematics, please?
We are not using any power management. USB is powered just from 5V. We are using the same LDOs like development kit TUSB8041EVM.
