The TXB/STB input leakage currents increase to 200 µA or 20 µA in the worst case when the input is low. This corresponds to ≥ 27.5 kΩ or 275 kΩ. The typical value probably is 50 kΩ or 500 kΩ.

As Clemens said the low-level input leakage current can be used to calculate the pull-up value.
