LMH1297: Address Pins

Part Number: LMH1297

Tool/software:

This design has seven LMH1297 devices with one I2C bus connected to all these seven devices. 

But this device has only two address pins SS_N_ADDR0 (pin# 11) and MISO_ADDR1 (pin# 28).

What is the addressing solution for this design?
