Could you follow up my customer question please?
1. They want to change I2C speed to 300kHz between MCU and Des. Please teach me which register should be changed. Also tell me its register value.
2. They think SoC-Ser I2C speed is 400kHz and Des-MCU I2C speed is 300kHz. Is it OK to set different speed? Or should be same.

I am sorry for the delayed response. You can use registers 0x26 - 0x27 to set the values. 2. From my understanding, the I2C speeds can be different on local and remote interfaces. This is also mentioned in this I2C app note for FPD-Link: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snla131a/snla131a.pdf
