Hello. As we perform firmware design on TI TUSB9261 board, we have difficulty getting the product development kit to work. We have both EVM board and PDK in hand. The EVM board is working well. But the PDK is recognized by the computer when connected. The device manager does not show this device nor does the flash burner utility recognize it. We have tried both self-power and USB power mode.

As we need the PDK for debugging process, is there any advice on using the PDK or any incorrect operation we did?

Hello,

Please make sure you have all the jumpers installed properly, are you getting an error message? If, so can you send a screen shot.

There is no error message. Because whenever I connect the PDK board to computer, there is no response. The only thing happens is that if you open the device manage, the usb device list would keep blinking which shows the system is checking for new hardware. But the device is never shown.

As to the jumpers, like the EVM board, there are two jumpers on PDK. When I set the jumper exactly like the EVM, it does't work. But the EVM board is excellently working.

What FW do you have loaded on the PDK?
