Our system includes STM32/927/928 and RH850. STM32 serves as the IIC Master, RH850 serves as the IIC Slave。

The data read by DS90UH927Q-Q1 IIC is inconsistent with the data sent by DS90UB928Q-Q1. After replacing the DS90UB928Q-Q1 on the PCBA produced in October with the DS90UB928Q-Q1 on the PCBA produced in May, the data read by 927 IIC is consistent with that of 928

1. Please follow the instruction to return some of the chips with issue: Customer returns | Additional information | TI.com

2. Please post the register dump for both good and bad chips.

Sorry, the information I provided earlier was incorrect. We used 925 instead of 927.

925 has the same register data ,when it is working and one when it is failing

Data (Hex): 18 00 00 FA 80 00 58 36 36 00 00 00 05 A0 00 00 00 00 00 10 00 00 FE DE AI A5 00 FF 00

We haven't been able to successfully read the 928 register data yet.

The 928 register data read through 925 is all 0xFF.

For register dump, these 2 inconsistent registers are unused in DS90UB925, for 0xc4 bit 4, it's cleared after read. Please wait for return chip analysis, they will contact you then.
