Are you saying that you are not seeing the two /dev/ttyACMx ports when connecting the XDS-110 to your device?

Hello,
Linux host does not typically require additional kernel drivers for the XDS110. We officially support using XDS110 to connect to TI devices on supported Linux distros (typically Ubuntu).

I am not very familiar with PetaLinux and we will not be able to provide much support for this environment.
