Hi,

We have a pair of LMH1297EVM and LMH1219. We try to install the interface for both using SigCon app. Unfortunately it prompt out error as follows:

Steps done:

1. Uninstall current SigCon and try to install lower version (EVM GUI 2.0) but failed to install.

2. Install lower version of LabVIEW and reinstall SigCon also failed to run LMH1297 updater.

3. Install middle version of SigCon but not detect LMH1297 device (mostly detect PCIe device)

Appreciate if can provide some sugestions on this issue.

    Hi Fadzli,

    I cannot currently see the photos you have included in your E2E posts. Can you kindly repost them?

    The version of Sigcon that has the LMH updaters is 2.0.0.8 we suggest to install the w/RTE option to get Labview, and to install the updaters separately to establish connection.
