Dear team,
The customer are using TIOS1023 but there is some issue like below. please review it and let me know your opinion.
- TIOS1023 output waveform
=> NPN configuration , no load status. EN = Low
As you can see below, After power on (about 200ms lator) , output signal turn to low during about 3ms. Is it normal operation or not?
we can see this operation when VCC is turn on.
Please let me know your opinion regarding why this operation occur.
