Hi TI experts,
My customer is using XCZU4CG(USB3.0) and USB3320(USB2.0) to connect with TUSB8041 at the same time. Now the question is handshake failed.
Could you please help review the schematic：
(1) XCZU4CG with USB3320 for USB2.0
(2) XCZU4CG's interface for USB3.0 input of TUSB8041

When FPGA and TUSB8041 power up, Uboot has not yet worked. They just used 4CG to reset TUSB8041.
1. In normal situation, it will send 4CG a 17ms pulse signals as below:
2. In abnormal situation, it will not send a 17ms pulse signals:
Sometimes, TUSB8041 will work normal after many times software reset.
