Hi all,
My customer uses TUSB564 in the following configuration.
① In "9.3 System Examples" of the data sheet, TUSB546A is described as the opposite device of TUSB564.
Should I use it in combination with "TUSB 546 A" instead of using 2 TUSB564 even if I only use USB3 redriver function?
(In this case, should I install TUSB564 on the USB3 controller IC side and TUSB546A on the USB connector side?)
② If using 2 TUSB564 (connecting each other) is not acceptable,
could you please tell me about the harm caused by connecting TUSB564 to each other?
(For example, there is a possibility that the USB3 communication may not be possible due to unintended noise in the USB3 signal waveform, and the manufacturer cannot guarantee operation.)
