TCAN1046AV-Q1: When no power supply is applied

Part Number: TCAN1046AV-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi all,

Is it OK to apply a 5.5 V voltage to Vlogic_Input and Vrxd in the power off state?

TCAN1046V-Q1 Dual Automotive Fault-Protected CAN Transceiver datasheet (Rev. C)

Is it a problem that voltage is applied to the input and output when the power supply voltage is not applied?
It is not written up to Vcc, so I understand that it is fine.

Also, if there is no problem to apply, is there any leakage current?
I would like to turn off the power to use it because it is in a low consumption state.
I think that if there is leakage current, the consumption current will rise.

Best Regards,

Ryusuke
