I am looking for information on overshoot/undershoot of MDIO and RESET.

The overshoot/undershoot requirements for both MDIO/MDC and RESET pins are in the range of -0.3 to VDDIO + 0.3V.

As long as the input signals meet these minimum/maximum criteria with respect to the chosen VDDIO voltage, they should be good
