Can you help me with this question regarding the memory of the device?

- what memory cells are in the device?

- is there volatile memory and can you expand on that a bit? what is the bit cell technology?

- is there also non-volatile memory in the device? can you expand on that as well?

Hi Lauren,

The only memory on our Ethernet PHYs would be the device Registers. The Register information is volatile, meaning it will be reset upon power-cycle or pin-reset.

Thank you. What about my questions regarding what memory cells are in the device and what is the bit cell technology? Or do I misunderstand and "volatile memory type" is the answer to both of those questions?
