I don't think we have a database that collects/holds X-Rays of the device's so I don't think I'm able to verify if the newer d/c x-ray is 100% correct.

From the PCN I looked it, the device was basically completely changed. The leadframe was likely changed as well since the die is a different size than the prior/legacy one. This seems to match the x-ray's a bit since the die looks a little smaller on the newer d/c one. 

If you provide the top markings on the newer device, I can see if I can look it up in our internal system.

I was able to verify the lot trace code on the top of the 2023 device shows up in our internal database. 

The lot number I see associated with it is 3081186. 

The one from 2020, the top marking I was able to verify that one as well in our system. The Lot number for this one showed up as 0168932 but I also see a 0168931 next to it which matches the lot number you provided.

Is it normal for 20+ parts‘s Xray？

I'm not able to verify the x-ray images. From the top markings though, they do appear in our internal database and if you have the lot trace codes for them and are able to verify the numbers match what I provided, there is a good chance they aren't counterfeit but it's not 100%.
