DS90LV804: Safe to drive signals into chip when unpowered?

Part Number: DS90LV804

Tool/software:

I am trying to interface with an LVDS daughter card that uses the DS90LV804TSQ LVDS buffer/repeater chips. I am wondering if the chip is unpowered, is it safe to send LVDS signals into without damaging the chip? Or can this damage the chip? I understand the output enable architecture of this chip but I am wondering about driving inputs into the chip.

Datasheet linked below. Thanks in advance!
