SN65DSI83: I can't connect signal line between 0.5mm BGA

Can I connect NC BGA like below ?
Because I can't connect LVDS/MIPI line between 0.5mm BGA.

This is other IC which has 0.5mm BGA

Hi,

Please leave NC signal as open, you do not need to connect them to each other.

Please see below for an example of escaping the BGA pattern, you can use a narrow trace to exit the BGA package.
