TRSF3221E: Need Confirmation on pull up of DIN and Rout Signals.

Hi team,

We are using RS232 Transceiver ( UART <-> RS232 ) with TRSF3221EIRG IC. For this one do we need to give the 10K pull up to VCC for DIN ( TX of UART ) and ROUT ( RX of UART ). As we are referring the evaluation board schematic, The Pull up configuration is mentioned.

Please confirm whether we need to use it or not.
