Hi,

When I download and install the USB926x Default Firmware, U1/U2 Ensabled or USB926x Default Firmware, U1/U2 Disabled (Rev. D) , what is the IO/peripheral setup?

Is there a document defining the peripheral settings or does it follow exactly the evaluation board?

I.e. is the UART enabled, is pin 22 set for GPIO or SPI_CS1, is pin 23 set for GPIO or SPIC_S2, etc?

Hello Bill,

The default configuration will be the one described in the TUSB9261 DEMO User's Guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu139/sllu139.pdf) no matter which of the two firmware is used (with the difference of course of the U1/U2 enable/disable feature).

Hi Elias,

Thanks for the reply, the answer is what I guessed, I assumed that whomever wrote the firmware probably used the demo board with the PDK.

Will TI ever release the PDK to the public or will it continue to be loaned out on an as needed basis?

We have a configuration for the TUSB9261 that will require different firmware.

It will continue to be loaned.

So far, no plans to change.
