Hello,

Can someone please send me all the PCN's related to the TRS3221EIPWR as we are finding some impedance difference in the charge pump circuits between old batches and new batches of the same part?

    That would be PCN# 20210720000.1. But it does not say anything about the impedance; the only changes were thermal parameters (see rev. B), and the guaranteed limits have not changed.

    You should use the recommended capacitor values, and keep all capacitor traces as short as possible. Do you have an actual problem? An RS-232 output is designed to drive no more than a single 5 kΩ receiver.

    Attached is the PCN related to the die change for the device:

    We don't characterize the impedance values between pins for our devices. So we don't have that data available (the older die's characterization data is also not available).
