For AM26LS32AC the Vcc is 5v but i needed 3.3v logic output. is it enough to just add a pullup of 3.3v on the output logic? or do i need to give a 5v to 3.3v logic level converter?

Hi Lins,
The easiest solution would be to use a device that is supplied by 3.3V such as the AM26LV32 ("E" version has included ESD protection). This will ensure the output does not exceed 3.3V.
However if you use a 5V supplied device like the AM26LS32AC, a level translator from 5V to 3.3V should be added to the outputs. They can be found here.
Best,
Ethan
