Tool/software:

I check the Differential Insertion Loss on the datasheet that is 3dB@ 10GHz.

Does TPD4E02B04 can be used on USB3 gen2 (10Gbps)??

And TI support other ESD DIOD for USB4; 20Gbps, 40Gbps, 80Gbps  or give me any other suggestions??

    Hi Gordon, 

    Yes, TPD4E02B04 can be used on 10Gbps speeds. For estimating this, we use the 3dB mark on the insertion loss then use frequency*2 to get the data rate. 

    For higher speeds, we have our lowest capacitance diodes: TPD1E0B04 and TPD1E01B04. TPD1E0B04 is able to support roughly 50-60Gbps. TPD1E01B04 is able to support roughly 40-50Gbps.
