Hi team,

I have a question on TLIN1024ARGYRQ1 and TLIN1021ADDFRQ1. I'd like to know input capacitance(pF) of TXD pin of each device but I can't find it.

Could you please share it for each?

    Hi Kento,

    Unfortunately, the input capacitances are not characterized / documented as they are typically negligible compared to traces and parasitics.

    However, note that digital pins are typically in the range of 2 pF to 5 pF and can also be measured by adding a small series resistance at the input while measuring the frequency response i.e, with the corner frequency and series resistor, capacitance= 1 / (2*pi*R*F_corner), thanks.
