May I clarify with you is it ok that the TCA6507 i2c pullup supply not the same as for Vcc of TCA6507?
Customer would like to know if there is no Vcc for TCA6507, what will be the SDA/SCL status of TCA6507? Worry this may impact other devices on the i2c bus. For example, will the i2c be low state when no Vcc?
