For TCAN1043A, the IBIS files can be found in the "Design tools & Simulation" section: https://www.ti.com/product/TCAN1043A-Q1#design-tools-simulation

There is no IBIS model for TCAN1044A. However, the TCAN1044 IBIS model can be used to approximate it: https://www.ti.com/product/TCAN1044-Q1#design-tools-simulation
