I am currently working on the design of the new controller board for a power inverter. I am planning to use the newest F28P65X DSP which has an integrated ESC unit for EtherCAT communication. In the reference design for this microprocessor I noticed that DP83826 PHY module is used. Would it be possible to use DP83825I as it has the smaller package (3x3mm) with the ESC module of F28P65X? Is this PHY compatible with F28P65X?
