For below image, Inputs coming from connector, we are routing as single ended 50 ohm in L6 layer( 6 layer stackup) & providing reference of L5 layer.
Is this ok? No impedance control is required for this.

In general it is recommended for the FPD trace to be routed as single ended 50 ohm throughout the trace with antipads underneath components touching the high speed trace. L5 is recommended to be a ground layer in this context.

From a high level, L4 does not need to be ground. The recommendation would be for L5 to be a ground layer.
Layout examples are shown in section 8.5.2 Layout Example of the UB960 datasheet for reference regarding antipad implementation.
