DS90UB934-Q1: the screen has been segmented

Dears,

   The customer uses DS90UB934 for the Deserializer and DS90UB933 for the camera. In a normal office environment, there may also be abnormal reverse images. As attached, the screen has been segmented. Could you please help me identify where the problem may be? thank you!

    Hi Jon,

    Thanks for this info. Would you be able to provide background on the below questions?

    1. Could you please provide register dumps for the serializer / deserializer in the abnormal case?
    2. How often does this abnormal behavior appear on the display?
    3. Would you be able to provide a block diagram for the optical path? Are there other devices between the UB934 and display?
