TPD1E10B06: TPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1

Part Number: TPD1E10B06

Tool/software:

Need your support to find the Cutoff Frequency, Attenuation Value and Resistance for the TPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1.

  • Hi Erik,

What is the application here? These are not typical specs for ESD diodes.

For cut off frequency and attenuation value, are you basically looking for the max supported signal frequency here?

Our insertion loss plot gives a good representation of the attenuation our device will cause across frequency.

The general rule of thumb is the diode can support signal frequencies up to -3dB bandwidth.

Regarding resistance, are you looking for the equivalent series resistance (ESR)? Or the resistance of the diode during an ESD event? (This would be dynamic resistance).

    Regards,

    Sebastian

  • Hello Sebastian,

Thanks for getting back to me. This is coming from a customer and not directly from me. I knew these values were dependent on application and circuit, just needed a good way to point customer in the right direction to find these values on for themselves, I think this works great and will pass on the info and questions. I will come back if I have follow up questions.
