TPD4E1U06: Swapping signals in D+ and D-

Hi TI team,

As per the datasheet of TPD4E1U06, the pins are assigned for positive and negative polarity signals. But, is it possible to connect the positive and negative polarity signal to D- and D+ pins of the ESD array. Since, the internal structure of the diode looks similar for all channels.

    Hi Karthic,

    All the inputs have the same electrical behavior as you noticed.

    As long as you are connecting a signal line that only swings in a positive voltage range below the breakdown voltage of the esd diode, this is acceptable.
