    Looks OK.

    The TXS is designed for bidirectional signals. You have unidirectional signals; the TXU0202-Q1 would be simpler to use and more robust (but no internal pull-up resistors), and has the same pinout in your application.

    The TCAN3403-Q1 would have an integrated level shifter.

    Hi Shifali,

    Ensure the bus filters and TVS diode are placed close to connector.

    And as Clemens said, we recommend migrating to TCAN34xx-Q1 family.
