TCAN1146-Q1: Output check without SW

Hi team,

Could you please tell me if it is possible to get output waveforms from CANH and CANL of TCAN1146DYYRQ1 by only inputing High/Low signal? Our customer want to quickly check the operation of this transceiver without SW settings.

    Muwei,

    No, the TCAN1146-Q1 needs to be configured via SPI to transition to Normal mode, otherwise the device will stay in Standby and eventually transition to Sleep mode, both of which do not allow CAN communication.
