Hi Team,
I need a SPICE model for the SN55LVDS31 and SN5LVDS31 circuits. I know they supply IBIS models but for what I am trying to model I need to know what is going on with the chip at the transistor level. If this is impossible I would like the SPICE parameters for the transistors used in the chip so I can create my own model.
