Weight information is not available in the datasheet. we want to know the weight of the components to find the inverter overall weight.

That was the weight information in regards to those packages.

You may further see the material content search and enter the individual part mentioned, click view for the material content details, further specifying the total device mass. For example, TCAN1057AVDRQ1 is displayed below, thanks.
