TCA9548A-Q1: Max operating temperature at 3.3V

Part Number: TCA9548A-Q1

Tool/software:

I see several threads on this, but I need to absolutely sure on this.  The datasheet specs a max junction temperature of 130C if VCC is less than or equal to 3.6V.  However in the packaging section, all the package specs are 85C max.  Please confirm that I can operate this part a a max temperature of 105C with VCC at 3.35V max.

    Hello William,

    You can operate the device at 105C with Vcc = 3.35. It is within the range of recommended specs.

    In the packaging section it mentions up to 85C because it covers the whole range of operational voltage.
