TCA9517: i need a i2c bidirectional level shifter- 4 channel

I need a 4-channel I²C bidirectional level shifter, similar to the TCA9517.

In the case of the TCA9517, the Vil is 0.5V, which is very essential since the Vol of my processor is 0.5V.

Hi Jefin,

TCA9803DGKR might work here and is p2p to TCA9517DGKR.

Pull-up resistors on B-side of this chip need to be removed for this to work however.

TCA9803 VILB = 0.3 x VCCB and VOLB = 0.26V max.

Hi Tyler,

TCA9803DGKR is 2- channel, i need 4- channel I²C bidirectional level shifter since there is 2 pair I2C lines.

Hi Jefin,

My mistake, you said "similar to" not p2p to TCA9517.

We don't have any I2C buffers that are 4 channel, but if you are only in need of level translation without re-drive, consider using the TCA9543A. This is an I2C switch which also allows for level translation on each of the downstream I2C segments.
