Hi TI team：
We have used the AM26C31 in the Motor control situation，have some issues as below
1.I got a RMA issue，we have found that Voh only 1.6V （spec shows need more than 2.4V@20mA），we have check the output current will not over 10mA
in addition，The normal IC will give more than 3V，
2.Continue as above，The wrong IC also more easily to be disturbed by the motor motion（24K freq ），and it will make wrong encoder data which cause the RMA issue
The Noise date show below
The normal 0.45V（Vpk-pk）
abnormal 0.76V（Vpk-pk）
Could you explain what cause the Q1&Q2 ，and Q1&Q2 Is there any correlation?
