I have part number SN65HVD11DR installed on the PCBA. The parts with the marking 'VP11 TI28M OAQ4S' have passed the test, while the parts with the markings 'VP11 47K ASGN' and 'VP11 48K ASGN' have failed. I would like to understand the complete meaning of the markings placed on these parts.

PCN 20220324002.1 introduced a new die. The guaranteed datasheet limits have not changed, but it is possible that your circuit relies on characteristics that go beyond these limits.

Does the part work in the actual application? What exactly does your test do?

Hi Kiran,

The marking on the devices help us internally trace when and where the devices where produced.

Could you please share a schematic and more information about the testing that is done? Additionally, where did you source these devices from? (Digikey, Mouser, etc)

Images of the top of the devices would also be helpful. I just want to confirm the markings you are getting.
