TUSB4020BI: USB3.0 Port with USB2.0 Hub?

Tool/software:

For my application I need an USB2.0 port and also an USB3.0 port. But my SoM only features one USB3.0 downstream port.

Is it possible to share the USB2.0 data lanes with an USB2.0 hub like TUSB4020BI while routing the USB3.0 RX/TX lanes directly to the USB3.0 port?
