TMUXHS4212: Additive phase noise

Part Number: TMUXHS4212
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUXHS4412

Tool/software:

Hello

In our search for a Differential Analog MUX (DPDT) that operates from 450MHz to 7.125GHz, we came across the TMUXHS4212.

Anyhow, does the TMUXHS4212 add any noise to the MUX'ed signal?  We didnt see any phase noise charts.

Please assist.

Thanks

Layne

  • Hi Layne,

We have this, as well as the TMUXHS4412. I don't believe any of our muxes inherently add any noise. There is so loss associated due to ROn, but I believe that would be it.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
